2023年長野県塩尻産のメルロを使用。果汁と果皮、種子を一定期間漬け込み、適度な色調となったタイミングで液抜きした果汁を、フルーティーな香りを引き出すAWRI 350という酵母で発酵させました。桜の花を思わせるような淡い色調に、洋梨やリンゴ、白桃に加えバナナやパイナップル等のトロピカルフルーツの風味も持ち合わせる、みずみずしい果実味が特徴的です。時間が経つとメルロの特徴であるユーカリの葉や甘草のような清涼感も立ち上がります。わずかに甘さがあるため、お酒を飲みなれていない方にもお楽しみいただけるかと思います。よく冷やしてお飲みください。
